Dot your pupils on your lenses (Note: This is not your Pupil Distance)

With your frames on, look straight ahead. Have another person put a dot on the lenses at the center of each pupil with a permanent marker. |

Mail your frame, the completed order form, and your Prescription (copy ok) (including your Pupil Distance) to:

After receiving your order, processing takes an average of 1-2 weeks*, after which we will mail your eyeglasses back to you via the shipping method you select on the order form.
*Rimless frames, high wrap frames, and mirror coatings may take additional processing time. |
