ReplaceALens has different options & services to fit your timeline. For most new eyeglasses or replacement lenses, our average processing time is 1-2 weeks. If you have Rimless frames or high curvature frames, or if you are purchasing a mirror coating, the processing time can take an extra week. We have a $30 rush fee that can result in service being completed in as little as 1 hour and as much as 5 business days, depending on the application. Contact lenses are delivered in 2-5 days after ordering.

ReplaceALens can make new lenses for 99% of frames. However, there are some obscure frames as well as rimless applications that we do not work on, inluding Oakley Sunglasses, Swissflex, Tag, Eyephonics, Wood Frames, Buffalo Horn frames, and a few others. Please contact us if you are not certain we can make new lenses for your frames.

You only need an appointment for an eye exam with the Eye Doctor, but we do offer same day appointments. For all other purchases, including eyeglasses, lens replacement, & contact lenses, visit or call any time during normal business hours.

We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. We do not accept CareCredit and do not provide financing at this time.

In order to produce the highest quality lenses, we require a valid prescription including your Doctor's name, signature, & date. Expired prescriptions cannot be filled. If you do not have a valid prescription, you can get a new eye exam through ReplaceALens or an eye doctor you select. Also, in some cases we can duplicate the current prescription in your lenses if the lenses you are purchasing are the same type of lenses in the frame. Please note: Digital progressives cannot be duplicated.

Though our prices are low, our product quality, manufacturing accuracy, and customer service are second to none. We can offer such low prices for a few reasons: We are a full-service optical laboratory. We grind & cut eyeglass lenses, apply coatings, and fit the lenses to the frame all on site, so you save time and money. We avoid the high overhead of traditional eyeglass retail locations. We process high volumes, which allows us to buy products in bulk and pass the savings on to you.

Yes, we provide shipping via USPS First Class Mail for free on all order upon request, and we have other shipping methods available at an additional cost.

At ReplaceALens, our goal is always 100% customer satisfaction. We guarantee all of our products against manufacturer defects for ONE Year. We provide a FREE anti-scratch coating, but do not provide a warranty against scratching as all lenses scratch. If we ever make a mistake, we will correct it as quickly as possible at no cost. If ReplaceALens is provided with the incorrect prescription from an outside doctor, we remake the lenses at a 50% discount. If you are getting new lenses for your frames, and the frame is one of the .01% that breaks during new lens insertion, we will replace the frame for equal or lesser value up to $100. If you have any issues that fall outside these parameters, please contact a manager as we greatly appreciate your business and will do what we can to address each and every customer concern.

We do offer gift certificates upon request for all denominations.

Yes, we provide shipping for free via USPS. Place your order at our store and we can ship anywhere in the US and Canada. Other shipping methods available at an additional cost.
