Social Distancing Zones and Required Face Masks

Storefront has reduced dispensing tables to enforce social distancing as well as a private dispensing room. All employees and customers are required to wear masks.

Limited Appointments

To limit the number of persons in the storefront, ReplaceALens is offering appointments every 30 minutes, greatly reducing the volume of persons in the storefront.

Increased Sanitization of Frames & Facility

ReplaceALens is cleaning all eyeglasses on display with 70% Isopropyl Alcohol and high-energy UV lamps. Before and every each customer interaction, all surfaces, handles, and equipment is disinfected with 70% Isopropyl Alcohol.

Eyeglass Sanitizing on Every Pair

Every pair of glasses will go through the following sanitizing process prior to shipment. Our shipping and completion station will be staffed by employees wearing N95 masks and nitrile gloves.
Your glasses are:
1. Cleaned with 70% isopropyl alcohol.
2. Wrapped in microfiber cleaning cloth and inserted into plastic bag.
3. UV Disinfecting Light is exposed to glasses and contents.
